INALCO has carried out the implementation of a new single-firing production plant for ceramic slabs, for glazed porcelain tiles with several formats. This new plant replaces old equipment with little energy efficiency. Through this action, significant energy savings are achieved as well as a huge reduction in CO2 emissions and atmospheric pollutants associated with combustion.
The project has received a grant of € 103,151 from the INSTITUTO VALENCIANO DE COMPETITIVIDAD (IVACE), under the ENERGY SAVING AND EFFICIENCY IN THE INDUSTRY program, in the 2017 call.
