You may be mistaken for thinking that so much automation and design have no place in a sustainable luxury home, but you couldn't be further from the truth. Indeed, the design of Morning Breeze is based on four premises: quality, originality, innovation and, as you can imagine, sustainability.
The house is equipped with solar panels and A++ electrical appliances; however, the commitment to sustainability goes far beyond this and includes an EIFS system (Exterior Insulation Finishing System) and cross ventilation inside the home. Moreover, the hill on which it stands has not been excavated or dug out; instead, exhaustive engineering work using drones has made it possible to respect the original relief.
As for the materials, particularly worthy of note is the use of a Tailor Made option created exclusively for this project. The personalised collection covers practically the whole of this one thousand square metre home, including interiors and exteriors, walls and floors, as well as the 55 m² pool and the spa zones. Its design, durability, easy handling and in particular its sustainable profile were key factors in the decision to use it as the principal material for this home.
"THE PERSONALISED COLLECTION COVERS PRACTICALLY THE WHOLE OF THIS ONE THOUSAND SQUARE METRE HOME"
Luxury and ecology naturally go hand-in-hand in the complex that has been crowned ""Europe's leading villa resort"", ""Spain's leading villa resort"" and ""Spain's best golf course"".
Its crowning glory, Morning Breeze Villa, boasts a 240 m² terrace with panoramic views, as well as a gym, spa, sauna, landscaped gardens, a three-stop lift, 360º home automation system, a seven metre high electric front door and even a panic room.
Every corner of this home exudes exclusivity, furnished throughout with high-end brands, such as the Saké sofas by B&B Italia, Gaia and Calice armchairs by KFF or the Tao table by Tribù. What's more, Armani has designed a number of items exclusively for this project.
In short, Studio Mónica Armani and property developer Somium have successfully created a home where luxury, sophistication and exclusivity prevail whilst attending to one of the most pressing contemporary needs and trends in 21st century architecture: sustainability.
