Lama Place stands just a short distance from Lanikai, one of the world's finest beaches. A property located in Kailua (Hawaii), whose numerous highlights include an impeccable and exquisite design.
Lama Place boasts a charm on a par with its setting. A home that is full of character and blends spontaneously into its surroundings. Meticulous attention has been paid to its exquisite design and it also offers all the comforts for everyday living both in the interior and exterior.
A pool-Jacuzzi is unquestionably the focal point of the exterior, together with the spectacular views of the island and the ocean. Pacific is the principal surface used in this area, which also features towards the interior in order to create a sense of total continuity and a more natural integration between the interior and exterior.
The interior of the home opens out onto the exterior thanks to a large window in the kitchen which features an open concept with the living room, thereby enhancing the sense of continuity between both spaces and affording views of the Pacific Ocean in the manner of an impressionist work of art.
Furthermore, several of the bathrooms include Masai Blanco, a collection that evokes the peace and calm these settings required for relaxing and unwinding. Not to mention Geo Gris, whose travertine-effect lines add a sense of movement to the rooms.

Sustainability, a core concept for contemporary homes, was a key factor for the designers of Lama Place, James McPeak and Cesar Giraldo. In addition to using sustainable building materials such as MDi, they also installed photovoltaic panels to ensure more environmentally-friendly consumption.
