This deluxe resort hotel, designed by Patrick Helou Architects for White Rock Concepts, is the closest thing to Heaven on Earth.
WhiteRock Villa Monterey is set in a 30,000m2 area of Mediterranean woodland in San Agustí, Ibiza. It also features garden areas, with swimming pools on different levels, and a big built space, made up of the main villa and two adjoining buildings.
The project conjures up the traditional architecture of Mykonos, carefully combined with modern comforts and conveniences, in villas that stand out for their white colour, straight lines, uncluttered spaces, and emphasis on natural light.
WhiteRock Villa Monterey is conceived to bring your senses to life throughout the whole complex. Its private woodlands guarantee the privacy sought by more demanding guests and it also boasts open views of the sea, with vistas of charming sunsets and splendid nocturnal panoramic scenes.
Its spacious outdoor areas, with sunbeds, a poolside bar, pergolas and other amenities, are perfect for making the most of the sun, chilling out, and enjoying unique, personally tailored experiences.
WhiteRock Villa Monterey's architecture stands out for its top-quality materials, finer details, and living spaces with open views of the sea and surrounding countryside. It combines stone and wood with cutting-edge materials. The MDi Touché collection, inspired by fine-quality marble on a dazzling white background, has been used throughout the project.
Thanks to the versatility of this collection, Touché could be used in a bush-hammered finish on the terrace with full safety guarantees and even to line the villa's main pool. In a natural finish, it was chosen to clad several façades, helping to create a greater sense of continuity throughout the whole complex. In this way, Patrick Helou Architects managed to customize each of the spaces in order to lend each one its own personal hallmark, taking advantage, among other factors, of Inalco's large format.
Simplicity is the watchword in the design of the villa's interiors, using white throughout to transmit a sense of purity and Mediterranean charm. Once again, Touché has been used as a star feature in all the different living spaces, helping to unify the different areas.
The villa's interiors look outward, with different vistas of the natural surroundings. This gives it a spacious, open, modern appearance, bringing nature into all its living spaces. Touché adds a note of continuity since it has been used as the main flooring throughout the whole complex, both inside and out. It can also be found on the steps of the main villa's big central lounge, for the bathroom furniture, and to decorate the walls of the bedrooms and communal areas.
In keeping with the latest trends in architecture and interior design, black and white has been used by Patrick Helou Architects as a leitmotif in all the living spaces, complemented with the warmth of real wood in the bedrooms. The MDi Storm collection has been used in the bathrooms and corridors and MDi Azalai in the kitchen and for certain selected features, such as the fireplace, to add a stylish touch of distinction.
WhiteRock Villa Monterey stands out for its impeccable design and ultra-modern comfort, affording a one-of-a-kind sensory experience where guests can chill out and enjoy the natural surroundings and different amenities that are available, such as the private gym, tennis court and exclusive disco. All this transforms stays at the villa into a dream come true.
