This home, designed by Exitprojectes Arquitectes, unfolds across three volumes that combine private spaces with areas for social interaction, while maintaining an ongoing dialogue between them. Each block offers varying circulation options and perspectives that allow the architecture to be explored from multiple angles, creating a visual rhythm that accompanies the lives of its inhabitants while balancing privacy with communal spaces in a harmonious and elegant manner.

Our Masai surface, in its Blanco Plus and Piedra tones, adds character and depth to the architecture, enhancing the composition with its heterogeneous relief inspired by sedimentary rocks. The interaction with light accentuates the volumes, creating nuances that change over the course of the day and reinforcing the sense of unity between the various elements of this home.

Another outstanding feature of this project is the purity of its lines, the variety of heights and the interplay between spaces, create settings that combine strength and serenity. Each choice — from the planes right down to the details – seeks to project a sense of balance and coherence, shaping an architectural language that is both elegant and evocative. Our MDi surfaces enhance this vision, introducing rhythm and a warm, mineral presence that defines the identity of this home.

What’s more, the versatility of our material is evident in its application on façades, floors, staircases, walls and the swimming pool, clearly demonstrating how a single surface can integrate seamlessly into a wide range of elements and functions. An adaptability that highlights MDi’s endless possibilities, in a combination of aesthetics, durability and functionality, without sacrificing identity or elegance.

Ultimately, this project is a true reflection of how, at Inalco, we transform surfaces into active protagonists: MDi not only dresses spaces; it builds identity, elevates architecture, and creates sensory experiences that connect design with everyday life.
